He is a neurodivergent and dating expert and is passionate about improving mental health and reducing loneliness in young people, helping them create authentic and stronger connections. From igniting startups to transforming established businesses, he has experienced the art of growing and shaping B2C and B2B products. He has extensive knowledge in AI and blockchain technology which he used to build and scale a digital wallet application and an AI analytics application. Away from work, he loves travelling and has visited 24 countries!

Alex comes from an entrepreneurial background, successfully launching his first business at 23. As a specialist in audience understanding and growth, at Mattr he heads the marketing function, delivering impactful results that elevate brand presence and drive business success through data-driven insights. As a parent with a young family, I cherish spending quality time with them on weekends. I'm passionate about wellbeing, incorporating daily yoga and meditation into my routine. I also have a deep love for music and enjoy both playing and watching sports.

Mitchell Bayer-Goldman

Rhyce is one of the people building the tech you use at Mattr, from the app itself to behind-the-scenes services. His love for building things began years ago using Scratch and creating basic websites on school computers. After Rhyce’s exams, he started developing games in Unity before switching to Unreal Engine and is currently working on releasing his own big-time games. He has also made servers for Arma 3, DayZ, and FiveM, and built websites, including his own with its own CMS, as well as a few apps.

Besides writing code, Rhyce enjoys driving, karting, hiking, and gaming (Bonus fact: Halo is his favourite game franchise).
